  “I have brought guitars here for repair and while the work satisfactory the wait was ridiculous ...over two weeks and then I had to call them!...This third and last time they discouraged me from a setup on a brand new acoustic guitar saying it was defective.So I brought it to Hoffman Guitars in Minneapolis and had it back in two days and with amazing playability.I think Lavonnes has gone downhill and I would not recommend them.Not to mention the arrogance some of the staff have!”
